As a home owner in Knollwood Village, you already know what a great neighborhood we share. Over the years Knollwood has remained a safe, stable, pleasant place to live and raise a family. We are blessed with a terrific location, a vibrant mix of residents, and a strong sense of community.

The Knollwood Village Civic Club works to keep it that way. We oversee the neighborhood Deed Restrictions, manage the Security Patrol effort, liason with government agencies, and direct many other activities.

Check details of Neighborhood dervices such as Recycle/Heavy Trash pickup. Also, effective November 1, 2009 organic material for pick-up -- grass cuttings, tree limbs, etc -- must be in biodegrable bags. The City plans to make available such bags, bearing a City logo, in retail stores. Click here for more information
